Client Care Representative
Our Client Care Representatives are the first friendly faces you see when you enter our hospitals and the caring people that answer your phone calls. Responsibilities of this position include: greeting and checking in clients, weighing patients, answering a multi-line phone system, maintaining electronic medical records, electronic appointment scheduling, faxing/copying/scanning, financial transactions, and above all, providing our clients with exceptional customer service.
Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVT)
Our Certified Veterinary Technicians have graduated from an AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) accredited veterinary technology program and are responsible for all aspects of nursing care. These areas include anesthesia, dentistry, radiology, clinical pathology, phlebotomy, small animal nursing care and client education.
Veterinary Assistants
Our Veterinary Assistants play a vital part in supporting our veterinarians and certified veterinary technicians. Duties of this position include: Animal handling and restraint, assisting veterinarians in exam rooms, laboratory sample preparation, assisting with radiographs, prescription medication preparation, basic patient care and client education.
Kennel Assistants
Our entire staff works hard to keep our hospitals clean, disinfected and smelling pleasant, but our Kennel Assistants are invaluable in getting this essential job accomplished. Duties of this position include kennel and hospital sanitization.
