After experiencing Village Veterinary Practice from a client perspective for several years, Maria decided to bring her compassionate heart to the Client Care team in 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loras College. Maria enjoys working out, skiing and cycling. She also loves watching sports, especially college football and the Chicago Cubs. Maria is the proud mom of two wonderful grown sons.
Susan has been welcoming clients to Village Veterinary Practice as part of the Client Care team since 2003. Susan attended Western State College in Colorado and enjoys cooking, swimming, fishing and golfing in her spare time. Susan and her husband share their home with a Wirehair Fox Terrier named Birdie.
After working in the veterinary profession as a client care representative for several years, Alison joined the VVP team in 2015. (She likes to be called Ali!). She is a proud pet mama to a senior Chihuahua named Ren, who was a rescued stray dog. In Ali’s free time she likes to go antique shopping and take mini road trips to new scenic locations.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Trinity Christian College. She spent her professional career teaching elementary education before joining the VVP team in 2016. Kim is a devoted wife and proud mother of three grown sons. She has a love of horses and spends her spare time riding and training. Kim and her family share their home with a collie – Koda, a cat - Kitza, and a cockatiel – Chip.
Leslie has always had a love of animals and decided to bring that passion to VVP as a client care representative in 2017. Leslie earned her BS in Zoology from Miami University, her Ph.D in Neurobiology/Physiology from Northwestern University and her MBA from Loyola University. Leslie worked as a small animal research endocrinologist for 10 years before she ultimately dedicated herself to her family full time, but now she’s back to working with animals and their people here at VVP! Leslie’s husband, 3 active teenage kids and two adorable goldendoodles, Troy and Jodie, keep her very busy!
